## Renovation Policy

- Minimum project scope: $40,000+
- We do not take on à la carte or single-scope renovations
- For smaller renovation work, we refer to other Central Florida contractors who specialize in that scope

## Warranty

- 10-year warranty on the pool shell
- 10-year warranty on quartz finish
- Lifetime warranty on Pebble Tec finish (authorized contractor)
- 3-year manufacturer warranty on equipment, handled by Next Level on the homeowner's behalf
- 1-year warranty on tile, deck, and plumbing — except underground plumbing, which is lifetime

## Permits

Every Next Level project requires permits, and we handle the entire process — permitting with Orange, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, and surrounding counties, structural engineering when required, and all inspections.
